some walmarts have a machine that you can pay and have a dog tag, or u kno, the little bone shaped ones, and heart shaped ones to go on pet collars. but they also have military dog tags 2 b personalized. id say check in ur friendly neighborhood walmart
get into the military.
There is a seller on eBay who personalizes dogtags.

If your trying to get it for like your kid or something i would personally start making him run, do push ups, sit ups, and hit the gym. Then when he turns seventeen sign him up for the marines and when he gets out of basic he will be a bad aSs with a nice pair of dog tags way better then the cheap ones.
