How do you replace lost Military dog tags?

Depends on where you are. There is a place here at Camp Lejeune called Saigon Sams and you can go in there and order dog tags. If you can find a military surplus store, more than likely, they can do it, otherwise your exchange should be able to do it as well.

You can usually go to admin and get new ones.

I would see my admin chief or supply.

You can also go out in town to some of the military surplus stores or possibly on the net.

I know while I was in, I just went to my Platoon Sergeant and he usually sent me to supply to get blanks. The hard part was finding the machine to stamp them. The admin guys usually had one somewhere and gaurded it with their lives…

In the Army I usually either order some from a Vendor or go through My S-1 section. You can get them to spec from Myriad Places for under a Ten spot usually.

in the AF, there was a section of Military Personnel that made dog tags.

Go to PSD man. That’s the only thing I can think of. But I would ask my LPO or chief first.
